With the increasing market demand for products accessible to lactose-intolerant, the Italian Ministry of Health requires a maximum of 0,1 grams of lactose in 100 gr of product, for the food industry to be allowed to declare a product Lactose-Free.
Here at GRA-COM, we tried to push ourselves even further.
